As the New Year begins, I find myself reflecting on my journey as a badminton player and setting new goals for the year ahead. The mantra “New Year, New Me” inspires me to elevate my game and embrace personal growth. By attending training sessions and utilizing online resources, I aim to refine my skills and become a more strategic player on the court. In addition to honing my skills, I recognize the importance of physical fitness in enhancing my performance. This year, I plan to incorporate a balanced fitness regimen that includes strength training, flexibility exercises, and cardiovascular workouts. Christmas vacation is a time for celebration, but for me as a badminton player, it’s also an opportunity to refine my skills and stay active. With school on break, I dedicated my time to training, focusing on improving my footwork and shot accuracy. The local badminton court became my second home, where I practiced drills and played matches with friends. The thrill of hitting the shuttlecock and the sound of it connecting with my racket filled me with joy, making every practice session feel rewarding. During the holiday season, I joined a badminton training camp that brought together players of all levels.
